Krimpkontakter

Krimpkontakter, also known as crimp connectors or spade connectors in some contexts, are electrical connectors used to join wires together. They are a type of mechanical fastener that secures electrical conductors without the need for soldering. The connector consists of a metal sleeve, often made of brass or copper, that is partially stripped of its insulation. A wire is inserted into the sleeve, and a crimping tool is used to compress the sleeve onto the wire, creating a secure electrical and mechanical connection.

There are various types of krimpkontakter designed for different applications.
