Kreatywni

Kreatywni is a Polish term meaning “creative people” and is used to describe individuals or groups who work in or value creative activities. The word is formed from the adjective kreatywny (creative) with a plural noun ending, and it functions as a collective label rather than a formal profession.

In practice, kreatywni refers to professionals across a range of fields where originality and innovation are emphasized. This typically includes designers, artists, writers, marketers, programmers, architects, and startup founders, as well as others who rely on imaginative problem solving or new approaches to tasks. The term is commonly encountered in media, business discourse, and education discussions in Poland, where it is used to highlight a workforce seen as drivers of cultural and economic development.
