Koordineerijad

Koordineerijad is the Estonian plural noun for people who coordinate activities, resources, or people within a project, program, or organization. The singular koordineerija refers to an individual in this role. The term derives from the verb koordineerima (to coordinate) and the agent suffix -ja. In practice, koordineerijad are responsible for aligning tasks with goals, planning schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Typical duties include defining objectives and milestones; creating and maintaining plans; monitoring progress and dependencies; coordinating inputs from multiple teams; managing risks and issues; and reporting status to managers or sponsors.
