Kombinatione refers to a traditional East German term for a type of collective or cooperative organization, primarily used in the context of state-run enterprises and agricultural production. The concept emerged during the German Democratic Republic (GDR, East Germany) era, reflecting the socialist economic model that emphasized centralized planning and collective ownership.

In industrial settings, *Kombinatione* (plural: *Kombinate*) were large-scale, vertically integrated enterprises that combined multiple factories, workshops, and supporting industries under a single administrative structure. This approach aimed to streamline production, reduce redundancy, and improve efficiency by consolidating resources. Notable examples included the *VEB Kombinat VEB Carl Zeiss Jena*, which produced optical and precision instruments, and the *Kombinat VEB Robotron*, focused on electronics and computing.

In agriculture, *Kombinatione* took the form of *Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaften* (LPGs) or *Volkseigene Güter* (VEGs), where collective farms or state-owned agricultural enterprises pooled land, labor, and machinery to maximize output. These structures were designed to eliminate private farming and ensure state control over food production.
