Kermvards

Kermvards are a fictional species originating from the planet Xylos in the Zylarian star system. They are a sentient, bipedal race distinguished by their smooth, iridescent skin which can shift in color based on their mood and environment. Kermvards possess large, expressive eyes that are typically dark and multifaceted, allowing for excellent vision in low light conditions. Their limbs are slender and their hands have four digits, with an opposable thumb, enabling fine motor skills.

Physically, Kermvards are generally shorter than humans, averaging around 1.5 meters in height. They have a distinctive cranial crest that serves a communicative purpose, often displaying subtle movements and color changes. Their diet consists primarily of bioluminescent fungi and mineral-rich subterranean plants found on Xylos.
