Jahutusplaate

Jahutusplaate, often referred to as cooling plates or chill plates, are thermal management components designed to dissipate heat from electronic devices or other heat-generating sources. They typically consist of a flat, conductive material, such as copper or aluminum, with internal channels or passages through which a cooling fluid, like water or a specialized coolant, is circulated. This fluid absorbs heat from the plate, which in turn draws heat away from the component it is in contact with.

The circulating fluid then carries this absorbed heat away to a heat exchanger, such as a radiator, where it is released into the ambient environment.
