Itop

iTop is an open-source IT service management (ITSM) and configuration management database (CMDB) software developed by Combodo. It is designed to support ITIL-aligned processes and to provide a centralized repository for configuration items, services, and related information.

Core capabilities include a CMDB that models configuration items and their relationships, incident and service request management, problem and change management, a service catalog, asset management, a self-service portal, and reporting and dashboards.
