Ikkeproduktiv

Ikkeproduktiv is a Norwegian adjective meaning not producing or yielding value, results, or useful outputs. It is the opposite of produktiv (productive) and is used to describe activities, time, resources, or people that do not contribute to a stated goal. The term can apply to concrete outputs as well as to more abstract outcomes such as progress in a project.
