IHMCs
IHMCs stands for the Institute for Human & Machine Cognition, a nonprofit research institution associated with the University of West Florida. Based in Pensacola, Florida, it conducts interdisciplinary research at the intersection of human cognition, artificial intelligence, and robotics, with the aim of understanding and designing capable, cooperative human–machine systems. Its work spans robotics and autonomous systems, machine perception and learning, cognitive modeling, human–computer interaction, and related software engineering and visualization tools.
