Hietzing

Hietzing is the 13th district of Vienna, Austria. Located in the western part of the city, it is known for its affluent residential areas, green spaces, and historical significance. The district is predominantly characterized by its villas and elegant apartment buildings, many of which were constructed during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The district's name is believed to derive from the Slavic word "jezero," meaning lake, possibly referring to a historical body of water in the area.
