Hautomakonejärjestelmät, known in English as incubator systems or hatching systems, refer to a collection of equipment designed to artificially replicate the incubation process of avian eggs. These systems are crucial for poultry farming, zoos, and scientific research, allowing for controlled breeding and population management.

A typical hautomakonejärjestelmä consists of an incubator, which provides a consistent environment with precise control over temperature, humidity, and ventilation. Temperature is maintained within a narrow range, essential for embryonic development, while humidity levels are adjusted to prevent excessive moisture loss from the egg.
