Harusia is a fictional sovereign region in the world of Arran, described in speculative fiction and tabletop role-playing materials. It comprises a continental mainland and several offshore islands, linked by ferries and bridges. The political system is portrayed as a federal parliamentary republic with a central government and regional administrations.

Harusia lies on a temperate coast with lowland river valleys, rolling highlands, and a central upland plateau. The Harusian Sea lies to the southwest, with major ports at Lyrond and Kestrel. The climate is maritime, with mild winters and dry summers, and coastal fog is common.

Its history traces back to early medieval city-states that formed a loose confederation known as the League of Harus. The region later united under a dynasty and, in the modern era, evolved into a constitutional federation after reform movements. In recent decades it has pursued economic integration with neighbors.

Demographically, Harusia is ethnically diverse, with Harusians as the majority. The official language is Harusian, with minority languages such as Lethari spoken in coastal towns. Urban areas are secular or pluralist, while rural communities retain traditional customs. Cultural life emphasizes crafts, maritime lore, and regional cuisine.
