Frekvensåtergivningen is a Swedish term that translates to "frequency response" in English. It is a fundamental concept in audio engineering, acoustics, and electronics, describing how a system or device reproduces different frequencies within the audible spectrum.

A frequency response graph typically plots the output level of a system against the input frequency. A flat frequency response indicates that the system reproduces all frequencies at the same relative level, which is often a desirable characteristic for high-fidelity audio reproduction.
