Frankfurts

Frankfurts, also known as Frankfurter Würstchen, are a slender smoked sausage that originates from Frankfurt, Germany. They have a pale color and a smooth, even texture, and are commonly sold pre-cooked. The name reflects the city of origin, and the product is traditionally associated with Frankfurt’s sausage-making traditions.

Most frankfurts are made from pork, sometimes with beef or a mixture of meats.
