Frankfurter

Frankfurter is a German demonym and adjective referring to something connected with Frankfurt am Main, a major city in Hesse, Germany. As a noun, a Frankfurter may denote a resident of Frankfurt; as an adjective, it appears in names of products and institutions associated with the city, such as Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

Frankfurter Würstchen, commonly known simply as frankfurters, are a traditional pale, cylindrical sausage from Frankfurt.
