Flextime
Flextime, also spelled flexitime, is a work scheduling arrangement in which employees can choose their daily starting and ending times within defined limits set by the employer. The total number of hours worked per day or per week remains fixed, and some forms require employees to be present during a set of core hours when all staff are expected to be on site. Outside core hours, workers may adjust their schedules to accommodate personal needs, commuting, or peak productivity periods.
