Finantsvõimekus
Finantsvõimekus, commonly referred to as financial capability in Estonia, denotes an individual's overall capacity to make informed and effective financial decisions, manage current and future financial resources, and adapt to changing economic circumstances. It encompasses three core dimensions: financial knowledge, which includes basic concepts such as budgeting, credit, and investment; financial skills, which involve the practical application of that knowledge to set goals, create plans, and implement strategies; and financial attitudes, covering values, motivations, and confidence regarding money management.
