Ferdiad
Ferdiad, also spelled Ferdiadh or Ferdia, is a figure in the Ulster Cycle of Irish mythology. He is described as a formidable warrior and the foster-son of Fergus mac Roich, the exiled king of Ulster, which ties him closely to Ulster’s heroic circle while he fights for Connacht during the war.
