Factorendowment

Factorendowment is a term used in finance to describe the exposure of an investment portfolio to specific risk factors. These factors are systematic components of return that cannot be diversified away. Common examples of such factors include market risk (beta), value, size, momentum, and profitability. Investors can gain exposure to these factors through various investment vehicles, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs) or mutual funds that are specifically designed to track or exploit these factors.
