Financial Conduct Authority: The Financial Conduct Authority is the financial services regulator of the United Kingdom. Created in 2013, it aims to protect consumers, maintain market integrity, and promote competition. It operates independently under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and works alongside the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority to regulate conduct and combat financial crime.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles: Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) was a multinational automobile manufacturer formed in 2014 by the merger of Fiat S.p.A. and Chrysler Group LLC. It owned brands such as Fiat, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati. In 2021, FCA merged with Peugeot S.A. (PSA Group) to form Stellantis, ending FCA as an independent entity; FCA US LLC became part of the new group as the U.S. subsidiary.

Free Carrier: Free Carrier (FCA) is an Incoterm published by the International Chamber of Commerce. Under FCA, the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier named by the buyer at a specified place. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at delivery, while the seller handles export clearance and basic loading; the buyer assumes main carriage and insurance responsibilities thereafter.
