Eupoleia
Eupoleia was an ancient Greek city situated in the western part of the region of Caria, near the mouth of the Maeander River. Modern archaeological surveys place the ruins on a low, limestone slope overlooking the gulf that now forms part of the Turkish coast. The site is roughly aligned with the contemporary village of Ören, in İzmir Province.
