The higher the etuasteesta, the greater the recommended priority for pursuing that option.

Methods and modeling. In practice, models of etuasteesta would rely on estimates of future outcomes and their probabilities, then weight these against costs and uncertainties. The approach can be qualitative or quantitative, using expert judgment, data analytics, or simulations to produce a single priority score for each option.
