EBSDd
EBSDd is a term that refers to electron backscatter diffraction data. Electron backscatter diffraction, commonly abbreviated as EBSD, is a materials science technique used to determine the crystallographic orientation of a sample. When EBSD is performed, the instrument collects diffraction patterns as the electron beam interacts with the sample's surface. These diffraction patterns are then processed by specialized software to generate a variety of data products, which are collectively referred to as EBSDd.
Common types of EBSDd include orientation maps, which show the crystallographic orientation of each point analyzed
