Dixonsegmentation
Dixonsegmentation is a term used in medical and scientific imaging to describe segmentation workflows that use Dixon MRI data to improve tissue delineation by producing distinct fat and water images. While not universally standardized, the concept appears in studies that pair fat–water separation with conventional or learning-based segmentation methods.
