Dispositionarrangement is a theoretical and applied framework for organizing dispositions—enduring tendencies to think, feel, and behave—within a person, group, or artificial system. The term describes both the analysis of existing dispositions and the deliberate design of their configuration to produce stable, predictable outcomes. It emphasizes that dispositions are not fixed and may be shaped by context, learning, and governance structures.

The process typically involves four stages: assessment, where dispositions are identified and measured; mapping, where dispositions are categorized and their interrelations are understood; alignment, where interventions, environments, or incentives are chosen to promote compatible dispositions; and monitoring, where feedback is used to adjust arrangements over time. Techniques can include psychological profiling, curriculum design, habit formation strategies, prompt engineering, or policy guidelines.

Applications span education, organizational development, human-computer interaction, and AI governance. In education, dispositionarrangement aims to cultivate dispositions such as curiosity, persistence, and ethical reasoning through curriculum design and classroom structure. In organizations, it supports culture-building and alignment of team behavior with strategic goals.
