Daugelsian

Daugelsian is a small village located in the Šalčininkai district municipality of southeastern Lithuania, near the border with Belarus. Situated along the Šventoji River, it lies approximately 15 kilometers northeast of the district center, Šalčininkai, and about 100 kilometers southeast of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. The village is part of the historic region of Dainava, known for its dense forests and rich cultural heritage.

Historically, Daugelsian has been influenced by both Lithuanian and Belarusian traditions due to its proximity to the border.
