Cassandran
Cassandran refers to a person or entity that predicts or warns of future disasters or calamities, but whose warnings are consistently ignored or disbelieved. The term is derived from the myth of Cassandra, a princess of Troy in Greek mythology, who was gifted with the ability to foresee the future by the god Apollo. However, as punishment for refusing his advances, Apollo cursed her so that no one would ever believe her prophecies.
Throughout the Trojan War, Cassandra foretold many of the city's misfortunes, including the arrival of the Trojan
In modern usage, "Cassandran" is often applied to individuals who foresee negative consequences of current actions
