CTRP1

CTRP1, also known as C1q/TNF-related protein 1, is a protein encoded by the CTRP1 gene in humans. It belongs to the C1q/TNF superfamily, a group of proteins characterized by a conserved globular C-terminal domain that shares structural similarity with the C1q complement protein and the tumor necrosis factor (TNF). CTRP1 is a secreted protein and plays a role in various physiological processes.
