CPLPlatten
CPLPlatten, also written as CPL-Platten, are decorative continuous-Pressure laminate panels used primarily for interior surfaces such as furniture, cabinetry, doors, and wall coverings. They consist of a kraft paper core impregnated with phenolic resin, a decorative paper layer impregnated with melamine resin, and a clear protective overlay. The stack is pressed in a continuous manufacturing process to form a flat panel, with typical thicknesses ranging from about 0.6 to 1.2 millimeters for the decorative sheet and larger finished panels when applied to substrates.
