COPIIväylien
COPIIväylien refers to the protein coat complex known as COPII (Coat Protein Complex II). This multi-subunit protein complex is essential for a fundamental process in eukaryotic cells called endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-to-Golgi transport. COPII coats form vesicles that bud off from the ER membrane, carrying newly synthesized proteins and lipids to the Golgi apparatus for further processing, sorting, and delivery to their final destinations within or outside the cell.
The assembly of COPII coats is a dynamic and tightly regulated process. It begins with the recruitment
The formation of COPII vesicles is crucial for maintaining cellular function and integrity. Defects in COPII-mediated
