Buborékcsomagolás, commonly known as bubble wrap, is a pliable transparent plastic material used for packing fragile items. Its primary function is to cushion objects during transit or storage, protecting them from shocks and vibrations. The material consists of a layer of polyethylene film, with a series of air-filled bubbles sealed to it. These bubbles are typically evenly spaced and provide the cushioning effect.
