Botsids
Botsids are a type of malicious software, often referred to as bots, that are designed to automate specific tasks on behalf of their controller. These bots can be deployed in a variety of ways, but they are commonly used to carry out large-scale, repetitive actions on the internet. This automation can range from simple tasks like making posts on social media to more complex operations such as credential stuffing, where stolen login information is used to access user accounts. Botsids are often part of larger botnets, which are networks of compromised computers controlled by a single attacker.
The primary goal of botsids is to achieve an objective for the bot operator, which can be
