Boleny is a fictional sovereign state located on the eastern coast of the continent of Eldara. It is depicted as a parliamentary republic with a president as head of state and a prime minister who leads the cabinet. The capital is Velin, and the largest city is Maris.

Boleny covers about 72,000 square kilometers and has a population of roughly 4.8 million. Its terrain ranges from coastal plains to highland plateaus, with fertile river valleys that support agriculture. The western coast tends to a temperate maritime climate, while the interior experiences more pronounced seasonal variation.

The population is predominantly Boleni, with minority communities; Bolenish is the official language alongside widely used English in business and education.
