Biomasswith

Biomasswith is a term used in some energy research and industry circles to describe an integrated approach to converting biomass resources into energy and value-added products through multiple, complementary technologies. The concept emphasizes coupling thermochemical, biochemical, and upgrading steps within a single supply chain or facility to maximize efficiency and resource use.

Typical components include gasification or pyrolysis to produce syngas or bio-oil, biological processes such as anaerobic digestion or fermentation to generate biogas or biofuels, and downstream upgrading to fuels, chemicals, or power.
