Bilimbi
The bilimbi (*Averrhoa bilimbi*) is a tropical fruit belonging to the oxalis family (Oxalidaceae), closely related to the lime (*Citrus aurantifolia*) and the starfruit (*Averrhoa carambola*). Native to Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and Malaysia, it is now cultivated in various tropical and subtropical regions, including parts of Africa, the Caribbean, and South America. The bilimbi tree grows to about 5–10 meters in height and produces small, green, oval-shaped fruits that are typically 5–7 centimeters long.
