Batteriespeichersystem is a German term that translates to "battery energy storage system" in English. These systems are designed to store electrical energy generated from various sources, such as renewable energy (solar, wind) or the conventional grid, and then release it when needed. The primary purpose of a batteriespeichersystem is to improve grid stability, enhance energy efficiency, and provide backup power. They can be used in residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications.
