Azuths

Azuths are a fictional species featured in the popular role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons. They are depicted as a sentient, amorphous, and highly intelligent lifeform originating from the Elemental Plane of Water. Azuths possess a unique physiology, lacking a fixed shape and appearing as shifting masses of water, often infused with a faint glow or shimmering tendrils. Their primary characteristic is their immense psionic ability, allowing them to communicate telepathically, manipulate minds, and project powerful mental assaults.

In the lore of Dungeons & Dragons, Azuths are often portrayed as reclusive beings who observe the material plane from their watery home.
