Antiparasitarised is an adjective used to describe an organism, population, or environment that has been treated to prevent, reduce, or eliminate parasitic infection or infestation. Although not widely standardized in medical nomenclature, the term is used informally to indicate that anti-parasitic measures have been applied.

In veterinary medicine, agriculture, and some areas of human health, antiparasitarisation may involve pharmacological treatments such as anthelmintics for worms, ectoparasiticides for external parasites, and antiprotozoals for protozoa. It can also rely on vaccines, when available, and non-pharmacological strategies including improved sanitation, hygiene, crop and pasture management, and vector control.

Outcomes depend on parasite species and life cycles, host factors, correct dosing, timing, and adherence to guidelines. In some settings, repeated or strategic treatments are used as part of integrated parasite management programs.

Limitations and concerns include the development of drug resistance, side effects, and ecological or economic costs. Responsible use emphasizes surveillance, rotation of drug classes, targeted treatments based on diagnostics, and combining pharmacological approaches with management practices to sustain antiparasitarised status.
