Ampujaliitto

Ampujaliitto is a Finnish umbrella organization representing sport shooting clubs and regional associations in Finland. It coordinates activities across the sport shooting community, promotes safe firearm handling, and represents shooters in discussions with authorities on regulations, licensing, and sport governance.

The federation supports coaching and safety education, helps develop competition rules, and maintains a national calendar of events. It seeks to foster broad participation across age groups and genders, and provides resources for range officers, coaches, and clubs to maintain high standards of safety and sport integrity.

Governance is typically carried out by a member-elected council or board, with committees handling safety, sport development, communications, and related areas.
