Alakoululla

Alakoululla is a term used in Finland to refer to primary school, typically encompassing grades 1 through 6. This stage of education is compulsory for all children and usually begins around the age of seven. The curriculum in alakoululla focuses on foundational subjects such as Finnish language, mathematics, arts, crafts, music, physical education, and social studies.
