Ajras

Ajras, also known as *Ageratum conyzoides*, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to tropical and subtropical regions of the Americas, including Mexico, Central America, and parts of South America. It is widely distributed in warm climates worldwide, often considered an invasive weed in many areas due to its rapid growth and ability to outcompete native vegetation.
