Aikakauslehden
Aikakauslehden is the genitive singular form of aikakauslehti, a Finnish term for a periodical magazine published at regular intervals. Aikakauslehdet are typically produced for broad or targeted audiences and can appear monthly, biweekly, quarterly, or at other fixed schedules. They usually contain a mix of journalism, features, interviews, reviews, and visual content, with articles that are longer than those in newspapers. Many aikakauslehdet focus on specific topics such as culture, science, technology, fashion, business, or hobbies, while others aim at general readership. The format commonly includes recurring sections, editorials, and advertising, which often finances production.
The publishing model can be print, digital, or a combination of both. Digital editions increasingly complement
