Agilemethode refers to a set of project management and software development methodologies that emphasize iterative development, collaboration, and flexibility. Instead of a rigid, linear approach like the Waterfall model, agile methods break down projects into smaller, manageable cycles called sprints or iterations. Each iteration typically lasts a few weeks and results in a potentially shippable product increment.
