Abhiyaan

Abhiyaan is a transliteration of a Hindi/Urdu term derived from Sanskrit that denotes a campaign, drive, or organized initiative. In common usage, it refers to a structured effort undertaken by governments, organizations, or civil society to achieve a specific public objective.

The term is widely employed in India to name government programs and public awareness drives.
