Yrityslagat is a term used in some Nordic languages to refer to the body of laws that regulate business entities, such as corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. In Finland, terms like yrityslaki or yhtiöoikeus are used; in Sweden, aktiebolagslagen is the principal company law, while Norway has similar provisions under selskapsrett.
