Uzgodnieniowa is a term used in linguistics to describe phenomena or elements that participate in morphemic or syntactic agreement within a phrase. It refers to the property of certain modifiers to match a head word in grammatical categories, primarily gender, number and case, in languages with rich inflection such as Polish. The adjective uzgodnieniowa is formed from uzgodnienie (agreement) with the suffix -owa, indicating its relation to agreement.

In descriptive grammar, uzgodnieniowa describes how adjectives, determiners, numerals and other modifiers inflect to agree with the noun they modify. This agreement is a key component of morphosyntax, affecting how phrases are formed and interpreted. For example, in Polish the adjective and the noun must share the same gender and number: czerwony samochód (red car, masculine singular), czerwone samochody (red cars, masculine personal plural).
