Täistööajaga is an Estonian term used to describe employment that involves the standard or full number of working hours defined for a role or by national regulations. It contrasts with part-time (osalise tööajaga) or other non–full-time arrangements. The term can describe either the position (täistööajaga töö) or the employee (täistööajaga töötaja).

Typically, full-time work in Estonia corresponds to a standard weekly duration, commonly around 40 hours, often arranged as eight hours per day from Monday to Friday; the exact schedule is set in the employment contract or by collective agreements. Overtime may occur and is regulated by law; compensation can be monetary or by time off, as defined by contract and the Labour Code.

Being employed full-time usually entitles the employee to the regular range of employment rights and benefits, including paid annual leave and social security coverage, which are tied to the employment status. Part-time employees may have pro-rated rights based on the number of hours worked.

On job postings and agreements, täistööajaga signals a full-time commitment and is a common baseline for salaried positions in many sectors; it is distinct from freelance or contract work, where the relationship and working hours are defined differently.
