tulostuspäältä
Tulostuspäältä refers to the print head in an inkjet printer. This is the component responsible for applying ink to the paper. It contains a series of tiny nozzles, through which ink is precisely ejected to form images and text. The print head moves back and forth across the paper during the printing process. There are two main types of print heads: thermal inkjet and piezoelectric inkjet. Thermal inkjet heads heat the ink to create a vapor bubble, which then forces a droplet of ink out of the nozzle. Piezoelectric print heads use a crystal that changes shape when an electric charge is applied, which then pushes ink out of the nozzle. The quality and resolution of a printed document are directly related to the performance and precision of the print head. Over time, print heads can become clogged with dried ink or suffer mechanical wear, which can lead to printing defects such as streaks or missing colors. Regular maintenance, such as running cleaning cycles, is often recommended to keep the print head functioning optimally.
