Tracklist is the ordered list of tracks on a music release, such as an album, EP, single, compilation, or playlist. It identifies the sequence in which songs are presented to the listener and is typically presented on the packaging, liner notes, or in digital interfaces. A tracklist usually includes the track number, title, and duration; for collaborative works it may also show the artist name, featuring performers, or composer credits. In some cases, different editions or regional releases have distinct tracklists.

In standard album formats, tracks are numbered from 1 to N and arranged to create a desired flow, pacing, or narrative. The list may include interludes, intros, outros, skits, or medleys; sometimes a track contains a hidden or unlisted portion. Remixes or bonus tracks are often indicated by parentheses or edition notes in the track title.

In physical media, the tracklist appears on the album cover or booklet and is used for cataloging and royalties. In digital formats and streaming services, the tracklist is embedded as metadata that informs display, search, and rights management. The canonical order defined by the release owner is generally used, though user-created playlists may reorder tracks for personal listening.
