toastmaster
A toastmaster is a person who delivers a formal toast at a gathering, or generally serves as the master of ceremonies who introduces speakers and keeps the program on track. The role can be ceremonial, requiring a prepared speech, or administrative, coordinating timing, etiquette, and transitions between segments of a banquet or ceremony.
